Our Insurance Rates reflect standard billed charges submitted to insurance carriers. Our Cash‑Pay Discount Rates are offered as a courtesy for clients who choose to self‑pay at the time of service, allowing for greater flexibility, predictability, and accessibility of care.
Counseling / Psychotherapy Services (Counseling Only):
These rates also apply to psychotherapy add‑on services when therapy is provided in conjunction with medication management, in accordance with CPT and payer guidelines.

Sliding Scale Consideration:
Mindful Essence Psychiatry & Wellness may offer limited sliding‑scale accommodations in select circumstances based on financial hardship and clinical appropriateness. Sliding‑scale availability is not guaranteed and must be discussed in advance with the practice. Supporting documentation may be requested.
Cancellation & No‑Show Policy:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations and no‑shows disrupt access to care for other clients and provider availability.

Repeated missed appointments may result in changes to scheduling privileges or discontinuation of services.
Legal & Administrative Services:

Fees for court‑related services, legal correspondence, record review, preparation time, and testimony are billed at the applicable hourly rate listed above.

Time spent preparing documentation or participating in legal proceedings is billable regardless of outcome.
